Before you write
Five things that speed this up
- Your NPN and resident state.
- The other states you hold licenses in, including any you know have lapsed.
- The carriers you are appointed with today, and through whom.
- Whether you are solo, have a downline, or run a sales floor.
- Whether you expect a release from your current field marketing organization to be needed.
Where your message goes
Not everything needs the same inbox, and some of these get you a faster answer than we can.
Agent contracting
You are licensed and you want carrier appointments for Medicare or final expense, with the dialer, the quoting platform, and lead access attached.
Start contractingAgency and downline
You run a desk or a roster and you want to onboard producers through one process, with hierarchy and overrides documented rather than implied.
For agenciesCarrier partnership
You want appointed producers, a real production environment, and fewer dropped applications. Product placement, preferred contracts, and comparative routing are all on the table.
Talk to usCommissions question
A statement that does not match what you wrote, a chargeback you do not recognize, or a question about advance versus as-earned on a specific carrier.
How commissions workDialer and CRM
Already contracted and something in AgentTech Dialer is not behaving? Support for the product lives with the product team, and they are faster than we are.
AgentTech DialerQuoting and enrollment
Questions about Solved Enroll, including private beta access, belong with the Solved Enroll team rather than in the contracting inbox.
Solved EnrollHelp center
Contracting, appointment, certification, and platform questions answered without waiting on the inbox at all.

Company boilerplate, brand basics, an at-a-glance list, and a media contact. Include your deadline and we will work to it.
Press resourcesIf you are a consumer with a question about a policy an agent sold you, contact the carrier that issued it or the agent who wrote it. Solved Solutions is a distributor rather than an insurance carrier, so we cannot service or change a policy on a carrier’s behalf.
What happens after you send this
No drip sequence, and no discovery call scheduled to schedule the real call.
- A person reads it and replies within one business day, usually the same day.
- If you told us what you write, the reply covers whether our carrier shelf fits your book and what your appointments are likely to involve.
- If a release from your current field marketing organization looks likely, we say so in that first reply rather than three weeks in.
- If we are not a fit, we tell you on the first call. A contract that gets signed and never produces is worse than a short conversation.
- Nothing is submitted to a carrier until you have seen it and agreed to it.
FAQs
Before you write
How quickly do you reply?
One business day is the target, and usually it is the same day. Contracting requests, agency questions, carrier partnership inquiries, and commission questions all land in the same inbox, and a person reads it rather than a routing rule.
What should I include if I want to get contracted?
Your NPN, your resident state, the other states you hold licenses in, the carriers and products you write today, whether you are solo or bringing producers with you, and whether you think a release from a current field marketing organization will be required. That is enough for the first reply to be useful instead of a request for more information.
Can you tell me my contract level by email?
Not before we know what you write and how your structure is set up, because the level depends on both. What we can do in the first reply is explain exactly how levels work here, whether advance or as-earned is available on the carriers you care about, and how overrides work if you have a downline. See how commissions work.
I am already contracted here. Where do I go for help?
Start with your named contact, because they already have your file. For a problem inside a product rather than with your contract, the product teams are faster: dialer and CRM issues go to AgentTech Dialer, quoting and enrollment issues go to Solved Enroll. Anything about an appointment, a certification, a statement, or a stuck carrier submission belongs here.
I bought a policy from an agent. Can you help me with it?
Probably not directly, and we would rather say so than waste your time. Solved Solutions is a distributor, not an insurance carrier, so we cannot service or change a policy on a carrier's behalf. Contact the carrier that issued the policy, or the agent who wrote it, using the number on your policy documents.
Do you sell leads?
Lead programs come from Solved Marketing, a sister company, and contracted producers get access to them. Pick "Leads and technology access" in the form and we will route you, including pricing by program. Lead costs are quoted separately from the contract.
Are you hiring?
Yes, and applications go by email rather than through this form. The open roles and the address to send a resume to are on the careers page.
