Reporting
Production, persistency, and hierarchy reporting for producers and agency principals.
These are the systems we operate. Carrier portals, carrier contracting departments, AHIP, and state licensing systems are outside our control, and a delay there will not change a status above even when it is the thing holding up your file.
During the annual election period
The season changes how this page is run, because a delay in October costs more than the same delay in April.
- No elective changes. From the start of certification season through the close of the annual election period, optional maintenance and non-essential changes are held.
- Extended support coverage. The desk runs extended hours through the season, because a stuck submission during selling weeks is an emergency rather than an inconvenience.
- Carrier queues get longer. Appointment and certification processing slows everywhere at once. We will say so here when it is affecting turnaround, even though the queue is not ours.
- Readiness is checked, not assumed. Ready-to-sell status is verified by carrier, state, and product line rather than inferred from an approved appointment. See getting ready to sell before AEP.
Scheduled maintenance
No maintenance is scheduled. When work is planned, the policy is the same every time.
How we tell you
Three channels, in the order you will normally hear about something.
Your named contact
If an issue affects your file specifically, a producer or agency contact hears from a person before it appears anywhere else. That is usually the fastest channel by a wide margin.
Email notices
Issues that affect everyone go out by email to contracted producers. To add an address, send it to contact@solvedsolutions.insure.
This page
Updated by hand while something is open, then left showing the resolution note until the next change. Bookmark solvedsolutions.insure/status.
Reporting something we have not posted
Bring these four things and the first reply can contain an answer instead of a question.
Producer
Name and National Producer Number, or the agency if it affects more than one producer.
Carrier and state
Which carrier, which state, and which product line. Most issues are specific to one combination.
What you expected
Approved appointment, ready-to-sell status, a certification credited, a statement line, or a lead that did not arrive.
When
When the item was submitted and when you last saw it move. A date range is enough.

FAQs
Status questions
How is this page updated?
By hand. Someone on the contracting desk changes the status of the affected component here and publishes the page, so what you read is a statement from the people running the process rather than the output of a probe. Producers affected by a specific issue hear from their named contact at the same time.
Does this page cover carrier systems?
No. It covers what we operate. Carrier portals, carrier contracting departments, AHIP, and state department of insurance systems have their own availability and their own outages, and we have no control over any of them. When a carrier-side delay is affecting submissions we will note it here, but the underlying system is theirs.
Does it cover AgentTech Dialer and Solved Enroll?
Only the part we run, which is provisioning your access. Those are sister companies with their own platforms and their own status reporting. If the dialer itself is degraded, that is published by AgentTech rather than here.
What happens during the annual election period?
Everything is monitored more closely and optional changes stop. From the beginning of certification season through the close of the annual election period we do not schedule elective maintenance, and support coverage is extended because that is when a stalled submission costs the most.
Something is wrong but this page says operational. What now?
Tell us rather than waiting for the page to catch up. Email contact@solvedsolutions.insure or call +1 (866) 415-6192 with the carrier, the state, the producer name or NPN, and what you expected to see. A page can be behind reality; a person can look at your file.

Seeing something this page is not?
Send the producer, the carrier, the state, and the date it was submitted, and we will look at the actual file.
