The technology included with your contract
A dialer with a CRM inside it, a quoting and enrollment platform, and exclusive leads delivered natively into the campaign you are working. Not a portal login and a discount code. These are sister companies, which is why they come with the contract rather than on top of it.
Why an FMO can include this at all
Most FMOs offering a technology package are reselling somebody else's software. That is not a criticism, it is arithmetic: a reseller pays a license fee and has to recover it, which is why the offer usually turns out to be a discount code, a trial, or a stripped tier.
Solved Solutions is the distribution layer inside Solved Ventures. AgentTech Dialer, Solved Enroll, and Solved Marketing are sister companies under that same parent. There is no license fee to recover and no markup to protect, so the platform package travels with the contract.
The second-order effect matters more. Because these are built by one group, the demand lands in the dialer instead of a spreadsheet, and the client record the agent built on the call is the record the quoting tool opens. Most of the wasted time in an agency is spent moving a client between systems that were never designed to meet.
- No second subscription. The platform package is part of the contract rather than a separate monthly invoice against your commissions.
- One support path. When something breaks between the lead, the call, and the application, you are not refereeing three vendors.
- Built for this business. Insurance-specific by design: state licensing aware routing, senior market workflows, and compliance review built for recorded sales calls.
Generally available
AgentTech Dialer, with the CRM inside it
The platform your day actually happens in. It is in production with paying customers inside and outside the group, and it is the piece of this package that is available to you immediately.
Inbound queues
Calls routed by skill, by state licensing, and by priority, so a producer is not handed a call in a state they cannot write. Queue-level requirements and call caps are set by the agency rather than hardcoded.
Five dialing modes
Preview, progressive, power, predictive, and auto, which is the set AgentTech publishes. The point of having all five is choosing the compliant one per campaign rather than running everything at the most aggressive setting available.
A built-in CRM, no separate subscription
Contact records with custom fields and tags, a calendar for callbacks and follow-ups, SMS with history synced to the record, and an interaction timeline that fills itself in from calls, texts, notes, and appointments.
Recording and transcription
Calls captured for compliance and training, then converted to text automatically. A transcript is what makes a call searchable, reviewable, and usable months later when somebody asks what was actually said.
AI compliance scoring
Recorded calls scored against compliance questions your agency configures, so review covers what was recorded instead of the three calls a manager had time for. It supports your compliance program rather than replacing it.
Listen, whisper, and barge
A supervisor can listen to a live call, whisper to the producer without the client hearing, or join the call outright. This is how a new producer gets saved on a real case instead of coached after losing it.
| Dynamic scripts | Scripts displayed in the dialer and varied by call source, queue, or individual producer, with custom fields that fill from the record on screen. A new producer reads the right thing on the right call instead of improvising. |
|---|---|
| State licensing awareness | Producers are assigned the states they are authorized in, and routing respects it. It is the same question ready-to-sell answers during contracting, applied to a live call. |
| Dispositions and reporting | Standard and agency-defined dispositions, with reporting at queue, source, and producer level. What a floor actually manages by. |
| Transfers and conference | Warm transfers between producers and multi-party calls, for the cases that need a second person rather than a callback. |
Private beta
Solved Enroll, quoting and enrollment from one client record
Multi-product quoting and enrollment across Medicare, life, and ancillary, so a senior market client is one record rather than four logins and three re-entries of the same date of birth.
Solved Enroll is in private beta. Agencies are onboarded in cohorts ahead of a 2027 public rollout. Access for contracted producers follows that schedule, and we will tell you where you sit in it rather than implying you can log in tomorrow.
- One client record across lines. Medicare, life, and ancillary quoted from the same intake. The second product is a continuation of the conversation rather than a new application from scratch.
- Quote and enroll in the same session. The enrollment happens while the client is still on the phone, which is the only moment their attention is guaranteed.
- Completeness checked in front of the client. A missing answer or an eligibility problem surfaces during the call, not a week later in a carrier's not-in-good-order queue.
- The AI Plan Recommender. Built on the comparative underwriting method this group developed, it narrows the shelf to what the client can actually take, given what they have already told you.
- A case that does not fit gets routed. When one carrier is not an option, the alternative is presented in the same session instead of the client becoming a declined case nobody calls back.
Exclusive leads, delivered into the campaign you are already working
A contract without demand is a filing cabinet. Solved Marketing generates leads in house rather than buying them from an aggregator, which is what makes exclusivity a policy instead of a promise.
- Exclusive means sold once. One buyer, and never resold later as an aged record. That holds during the annual election period, which is exactly when the industry does the opposite.
- 3 verticals. Medicare, life, and final expense, run as separate programs because the prospect and the pitch are different in each.
- Delivered natively in seconds. Posted straight into your AgentTech campaign on submission rather than batched overnight, because a lead that is an hour old is a different lead.
- Consent captured at acquisition. The disclosure language shown, the timestamp, the address it came from, and the page, stored per lead and retrievable rather than reconstructed later.
- Priced separately from the contract. Lead programs are quoted by program and bought on their own. Nobody here is required to buy leads to keep the platform.
Precisely what is available, and what is not yet
This is the part of a technology page that usually gets blurry. Here it is plainly, because a producer planning a season needs to know which of these they can count on in October.
| Platform | Availability | What that means for you |
|---|---|---|
| AgentTech Dialer | Generally available | In production with paying customers inside and outside the group. Queues, dialing modes, CRM, recording, transcription, compliance scoring, supervisor tools, and scripts are usable as soon as your seat is configured. |
| Solved Marketing lead programs | Operating | Medicare, life, and final expense programs running now, delivered natively into a dialer campaign. Priced by program and purchased separately from the contract. |
| Solved Enroll | Private beta | Onboarded in cohorts ahead of a 2027 public rollout. Contracted producers get access on that schedule, and we will tell you where you are in the queue. |
| AI Plan Recommender | Private beta | Part of Solved Enroll, built on the comparative underwriting method developed inside the group. Available to beta agencies with the rest of the platform. |
| Solved Insurance products | In development | Pending state approval and not for sale. Listed here only because producers ask whether the technology and the products arrive together. They do not; the technology is here first. |
What this changes about an ordinary Tuesday
Feature lists are easy to skim and hard to believe. Here is the same package described as a sequence, which is how it actually shows up in a producer's day.
-
1
A lead arrives while it is still warm
Someone fills out a final expense form. The record is filtered, matched to your licensed geography, and posted into your campaign in seconds. Nobody exports a spreadsheet and nobody uploads one.
-
2
The call happens where the record already is
The dialer opens the contact, the script matches the campaign, and the call is recorded and transcribed without anyone remembering to press anything. Notes, texts, and the callback land on the same timeline.
-
3
Quoting starts from what the client already said
The client record carries into quoting instead of being retyped, and the shelf narrows to what this client can actually take. This is the Solved Enroll step, and it is in private beta today.
-
4
The application is finished in the session
Completeness and eligibility are checked while the client is still on the phone, which is the difference between a placed policy and a callback that never connects.
-
5
Everything after is traceable
The call, the transcript, the compliance score, the application, and eventually the commission statement all point at the same client. When a question comes up in month seven, it is answerable.

FAQs
Questions about the technology package
Why is the technology included instead of billed separately?
Because we are not reselling it. AgentTech Dialer, Solved Enroll, and Solved Marketing are sister companies under the same parent, Solved Ventures. An FMO that resells third-party software has to add a margin to cover its own cost. We do not have that cost, so the platform comes with the contract rather than as a second subscription you pay for out of your commissions.
What is generally available today and what is still in beta?
AgentTech Dialer is in production with paying customers inside and outside the group, and it is generally available. Solved Marketing lead programs are operating. Solved Enroll is in private beta, onboarded in cohorts, with a public rollout planned for 2027. Solved Insurance proprietary products are in development and pending state approval, and nothing is for sale. We label all of that every time it comes up rather than letting a roadmap read like a feature list.
Do I have to buy leads to keep the dialer?
No. Lead programs are priced and purchased separately from the contract, and plenty of contracted producers work their own book, their own referrals, or their own marketing. The platform package is part of the contract. The leads are an option that happens to be unusually good because they are generated in house and sold once.
Is the CRM a real CRM or a contact list?
It is the CRM that comes inside AgentTech Dialer at no separate subscription: contact records with custom fields and tags, an interaction timeline that captures calls, texts, notes, and appointments automatically, a calendar for callbacks and follow-ups, and SMS in the same interface with the history synced to the record. For most producers it replaces whatever they were paying for separately.
What does AI compliance scoring actually do?
Recorded calls are transcribed and scored against compliance questions the agency configures, so review covers the calls that were recorded rather than the handful a manager had time to listen to. It is a review and coaching tool. It does not replace your own compliance program, your carrier obligations, or the CMS marketing rules that apply to Medicare calls.
Can I keep using my own dialer or CRM?
Yes. Nothing in the contract forces you off a system your floor already runs well. The honest pitch is that most producers are paying for a dialer, a CRM, and leads from three vendors that do not talk to each other, and consolidating those is usually worth more than whatever they liked about any one of them.
