Careers
We are a remote-first team in the United States running the contracting and distribution layer for the Solved group. Applications go by email, and a person reads them.
What it is like to work at an FMO that owns its own stack
Most field marketing organizations are a carrier list, a spreadsheet, and a shared inbox. The work here is different because the pieces on either side of us are ours.
Distribution is usually treated as the part of insurance nobody wants to own. Leads get bought from an aggregator, software gets resold with a markup on top, and the producer is left to stitch the pieces together. When something breaks, everyone in the chain can point at someone else, and the person who loses the week is the agent trying to write a policy.
Inside Solved Ventures, the demand comes from Solved Marketing, the calling happens in AgentTech Dialer on Solved Telephony’s own interconnects, the quoting and enrollment run through Solved Enroll, and the proprietary products being built at Solved Insurance will eventually be placed by the field we contract. That means when a producer cannot sell, the cause is almost always inside the group, and so is the fix.
Practically, that shows up in the job. You are not filing a ticket with a vendor and waiting. You are talking to the team that owns the thing that broke, usually the same day. The flip side is that there is nobody to blame, which is either the best or the worst part of working here depending on the kind of person you are.
The other honest thing to say is that this business has a season. The annual election period does not move, certification windows open on somebody else’s schedule, and October and November are heavier than April. We plan for that rather than pretending it is not coming.
How the team works
Remote-first across the United States, and small enough that the person who handles a producer file is the person who explains it.
- Remote-first, US-based. The team works from wherever they are in the United States. Carrier offices and producer calls run on US business hours, so the day is shared even though the desks are not.
- Named ownership, not shared inboxes. A producer file has one person’s name on it. That is the promise the company makes on every page of this site, and it only works if it is true internally first.
- Written before scheduled. Status, decisions, and carrier quirks go in writing so the next person picks them up without a meeting. Calls happen when the writing is not enough.
- You talk to producers. Every role here is close to the field. If you want a distribution job where you never speak to an agent, this is the wrong one.
- Seasonal load is planned, not absorbed. The annual election period is the busiest stretch of the year. Coverage during it is planned across the team rather than landing on whoever answers first.
- Sister companies are colleagues. The dialer, the leads, the quoting platform, and the products all have teams you can reach directly. Most problems get solved in a conversation rather than a vendor ticket.
Open roles
There is no application portal. Email us with the role in the subject line and a person reads it.
Contracting Specialist
Own producer files from first conversation to ready to sell: packets prepared and submitted, releases tracked, and stalled carrier submissions chased before the producer has to ask.
Apply by emailAgent Success Manager
The named contact a producer reaches. Live platform onboarding, case-level answers, certification tracking ahead of the season, and carrier escalation when something sticks.
Apply by emailCarrier Relations Manager
Appointment and contract negotiations, product placement, escalation paths that actually end, and the call on which carriers belong on our shelf.
Apply by emailCommission Analyst
Reconcile carrier statements against what was written, find the commissions that quietly went missing, and keep hierarchy and override records accurate as structures change.
Apply by emailRecruiting Lead
Own the top of the contracting funnel and the first fit conversation, with an offer that includes technology and demand rather than only a carrier list.
Apply by emailHow to apply
Send a resume and a few sentences about what you have actually run to contact@solvedsolutions.insure, with the role name in the subject line. Applications go by email; there is no portal, no account to create, and no timed assessment. If none of these roles fit but you have done this work somewhere, write anyway and tell us what you would want to own.
If you are a licensed producer looking to write business rather than to take a job, you want agent contracting instead.

How do I apply?
By email. Send a resume and a short note to contact@solvedsolutions.insure with the role name in the subject line. There is no application portal on this site, no account to create, and no timed assessment.
Are these roles remote?
Yes. The team is remote-first and based in the United States. Carrier offices, producer calls, and the annual election period all run on US business hours, so the working day is shared even though the desks are not.
Do I need insurance experience?
For contracting, carrier relations, and commissions, yes. Appointment mechanics, release requirements, hierarchy structures, and statement reconciliation are hard to learn on the job and expensive to get wrong. For agent success, having sold something difficult over the phone counts for a lot even if it was not insurance. Say which one you are in your note.
Do I need to be licensed?
Not for most of these roles. A resident life and health license is useful context and it helps in conversations with producers, but the work here is distribution operations rather than selling policies. If you are a licensed producer who wants to write business, you want contracting instead of a job.
What happens after I send the email?
A person on the team reads it. If there is a fit, the first conversation covers what you have actually run, what you would want to own here, and compensation, so nobody spends four rounds discovering the range does not work.
None of these roles fit me. Should I still write?
Yes, if you have done this work somewhere. Tell us what you would want to own and what you have fixed before. We would rather hear from someone specific than keep a queue of applications for roles that are not open yet.
